Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Torexbit account and personal information at any time. Choose any option below to get started.
Deletion options
Delete from the app
Open the Torexbit mobile app, go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account, then confirm your request.
Request by email
Send your request to support@torexbits.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" using your registered email.
Submit a deletion request form
Fill in this form and submit. Your default mail app will open with your request pre-filled so we can process it faster.
What happens after your request
- We verify your identity before processing deletion.
- Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days.
- Once completed, your account access is removed.

Deleted
- Profile information and account preferences
- Stored personal identification details not required by law
- Connected app session data
May be retained
- Records required for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution obligations
- Financial transaction data where retention is required by applicable law
